I’ve always questioned these charts because I’m 4’10 and to me it seems that if someone at my height weighed 131 lbs they wouldn’t be healthy at all because they would be pretty big. Not that I’m complaining because it makes me seem on the very light side haha
Im the opposite Im 5 f’t 9 and a medium build (size 10-12) but the chart says I should weigh much less. These charts are good as a rough guide but don’t take into account muscle mass etc
