What is the daily requirement of Calories?

Calorie needs are based on age, height, weight, activity level, health status, for the most accurate calorie intake calculations, you should meet with a registered dietician.  General guidelines are given above, a 5’4″ woman consume between 1,400 and 1,600 calories a day if she’s slightly to moderately active and upwards of 1,900 calories if she’s very active.
