Don't Switch Off The Light

If you ever had your iron level drop below what they should be then we share something
in common. Feeling that you have no energy is not a good feeling. Which is one
indication that you may be lacking iron. I have copied this “Iron Source” document for
you all to read. I will never suggest anything to do with health on my blog as I am not
qualified to do so. I am actually an electrical engineer who knows about automation,
control systems, machines not humans 🙂 Yeah as you know iron deficiency limits
oxygen delivery to cells, resulting in weakness, fatigue, reduced immunity, shortness of breath,
sensitivity to cold, and heart palpitations.

Dietary requirements for iron (RNI)
Average adult woman (19-50) = 14.8mg per day
Average adult man (19+) = 8.7mg per day
