The knee joint is predominantly susceptible to injury and pain since it takes the full weight of your body. It experiences an additional force when you run or jump. You are more vulnerable to knee pain if you are overweight. Various common causes of Knee pain are as follows:-

  • Common Strain and Sprains
  • Anterior knee pain syndrome
  • Damage to the menisci
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Tendonitis
  • Housemaid’s knee
  • Torn ligament or tendon
  • Bleeding into the joint
  • Osgood-Schlatter’s disease
  • Gout
