Beer

Beer is an alcoholic beverage produced by the saccharification of starch and fermentation of the resulting sugar. Alcoholic beverage usually made from malted cereal grain (as barley), flavored with hops and the like for a slightly bitter taste. It is brewed by slow fermentation.
Types of Beers
There are only two types of beers ales and lagers, within these two categories, there are thousands of different styles of beers. By far the older of the two types of beer, ale production can be traced back more than 5000 years, yielding more intense flavor profiles. Beer style is a term used to differentiate and categorize beers by factors such as color, flavor, strength, ingredients, production method, recipe, history, or origin. Popular beers are as follows:
