Fitness stands for health, strength, robustness and vigor; it is one’s ability to perform physically and mentally under testing conditions. Physical fitness is the ability to be physically active. A person is physically fit if he or she can pass tests designed to measure physical performance. Fitness level can be increased or get deteriorated depending on life style, exercise and health. If one is physically fit, it means that he is free from illness, and able to function efficiently and effectively and has ability to cope up with daily stresses and strains.
